SPECIAL AUTOMATIC CNC EQUIPPED LATHE FOR PARTING OF STAINLESS/ STEEL TUBES FOR PNEUMATIC CYLINDER /68552/8520HOUSINGS ACM85
The special CNC equipped lathe ÀÑÌ85 is destined for the parting of stanless steel bars together with finish turning/chamfering of the two workpiece ends of diameter up 32 mm. In case of manual loading, various types of workpieces could be processed. External turning, boring, parting and face turning are the main operations provided for this machine, as well as threading operation as an option. The CNC equipment makes it possible to process all types of workpiece faces and surfaces. The design of the lathe is conceived both as per the universal standards for lathe manufactuing and the special requirements for CNC equipped machines. The machine disposes of two cylindrical spindle units (mobile and immobile) with two built-in collet units respectfully that are driven synchronically. The mobile spindle is mounted on a slide, which allows processing of the two ends of the workpiece. The machine is also provided with working area enclosure, rod-supporitng mechanism and workpiece unloading mechanism.
