HAIRPIN COIL FORMING MACHINES FOR RECTANGULAR WIRE HCM B/E series
Achieves automatic wire straightening, pulling out the exact length, "U"-bending, cutting off with end pointing and twisting the legs at the needed angle. The wire feeding of the machine is done by a motorized device, dereeling with speed, synchronized with the machine working rate. Additional attachments are provided for stripping of the wire varnish at the coil ends for the enameled wire HCM E versions.

Different models for the processing of developed length of hairpin from 200 mm (minimum) to 620 mm (maximum) are available.
