| The lathe
is especially designed for the finish turning of
commutator and (as an option) stack outside diameter of
DC motor armatures. It is perfectly suitable for finish
turning of alternator rotor slip rings as well. The
workpiece is precisely supported in collet chucks both in
the spindle and the tailstock quill. After being loaded
by hand and the cover door closed, the workpiece is
machined automatically.The unique rear toolholder design
with automatic adjustment of the tool according to the
actual commutator (slip ring) diameter and shoulder face
position, ensure constant machining allowance
irrespective of the deviations. Apppoximate capacity: 60-120 pcs/hr. |
