DIAMETER OF CAR ALTERNATOR STATORS ASC 01(ACM57)

This is bench model
semi-automatic machine with manual loading/unloading of
the workpiece, intended to joint together the operations
of removing old paint or impregnation varnish
simultaneously form the surface of both inside and
outside diameters of car alternator stators, mainly those
with smooth outside daimeter surface. The outside surface
is cleaned by means of steel wire circular brush rotating
with axis parallel to the axis of the workpiece. For the
inner diameter the classic sanding process is adopted,
using a slotted rubber drum for the sanding band support.
