This
is fully automatic machine which executes the
assembling in consecutive stages, using
six-station pneumatic rotary table. The base and
cover disc and the blades (unbent) are stored in
magazines.
STATION I : The base disc is placed into the
rotary table vacant seat.
STATION II : The base disc is precisely oriented,
using photoelectric technique. Blades are bent
and introduced one by one into the base disc
holes and riveted.
STATION III : The cover disc is placed over the
blades.
STATION IV : The cover disc is oriented according
to the blades.
STATION V : Both sides of the turbine are riveted
finally.
STATION VI : The finished turbine is stored in a
magazine or pushed out of the seat on a band
conveyor to the balance machine.FEATURES
