HCM 750 looks very much alike HCM 620 for the only difference between them is HCM 750 larger sizes of components and overall dimensions in order to machine wire with larger cross section. It achieves automatic wire straightening, pulling out the exact length, "U"-bending, cutting off with end pointing and twisting the legs at the needed angle. The wire feeding of the machine is done by a motorized device, dereeling with speed, synchronized with the machine working rate. An additional attachment for stripping of the wire insulation at the coil ends can be available as an option. Approximate capacity: 900-1250 pcs/hr.
