SLOT INSULATION INSERTING MACHINE (ACM36.06)
The machine SF02 is designed for the automatic forming of "B" and "S"-shaped insulation and its inserting into the armature slots. Raw material is roll of insulation paper with the appropriate width. The forming is achieved by means of pairs of profiled rollers with a possibility for intermediate heating. A two-seated indexing attachment for fixing the armature allows changing the finished part with a new one without loss of time. Approximate capacity: 60 pcs/hr.
