This is fully automatic machine for straightening of heavy duty armature shafts. Sensors automatically detect when a workpiece is loaded and the machine locks it into the clamp. Following, the armature shaft udergoes a unique process during which the shaft material enters into the plastic zone and then reverts back to the elastic zone into a straighter shaft. This method guarantees nearly perfect accuracy. Approximate capacity: 180 pcs/hr.
