| Impregnation
oven is designed to apply varnish coating to starter
armatures and alternator rotors. The workpieces are
transported by a carrying chain, based on the shaft end
in changeable bushings. The impregnation oven is divided
into 5 working zones: 1. Loading/unloading zone. 2. Workpiece preliminary heating zone. 3. Zone for immersing te workpiece in the varnish bath. 4. Zone for the drying of the varnish coating. 5. Zone for the cooling off. The operation of ACM 30 takes approximately 88 minutes for the first workpiece to pass through the imregnation oven, the successive pieces will follow at rate of one unit every 24 seconds. |
