HAIRPIN COIL FORMING MACHINES FOR ROUND WIRE ACM106 series

Achieves automatic wire straightening, pulling out the exact length, enamel stripping, end pointing and cutting off and die-forming of the hairpin final shape.The wire feeding of the machine is done by a motorized device, dereeling with speed, synchronized with the machine working rate.The finished hairpins can be fed directly to a hairpin coil insertion machine.

Different models for the processing of developed length of hairpin from 140 (120) mm (minimum) to 300 (250) mm (maximum) are available.
